When purchasing products on the website you confirm and acknowledge that:
Prices quoted on our website are inclusive of GST. You must pay us the full price quoted on the website at the time the order is submitted.
Prices are given in New Zealand dollars.
Prices and specials in our Cellar Door and those available online may not necessarily be the same.
Shipping cost per case (up to 12 bottles per case)
All products are sold subject to their availability. Some products and promotional items may be limited as to quantity.
We will endeavour to despatch orders no later than three business days after the day your order is received by us and you have received confirmation of your order from us via email or equivalent (NZ only). Overseas orders are delivered according to the schedule provided in the on-line ordering process.
We are not responsible for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery caused by any event outside of our reasonable control.
In the event that we fail to deliver any products, you may elect to cancel your order in respect only of the products not delivered unless we have contacted you and you have agreed to delivery at a later date.
Advice regarding order shortages or damage in transit must be given to our Accounts team no later than three days after receipt of products. Phone on (09) 372 6100.
You must pay us in full by credit card at the time that you submit your order.
Obsidian online store processes all credit card transactions using Pay Pal secure online credit card payment solution.
Your credit card details are not stored for future use and are processed in a secure environment.
Obsidian is proud of the quality of it's products. If for any reason a product is found to be faulty or defective, Obsidian will replace it. This applies to NZ purchases only.
