Tasting Notes

download.gifPale straw in the glass. This wine presents lifted aromas of pear, lychee and subtle spice with honeysuckle floral notes. The palate is delicate and fresh with sweet ripe fruit and a clean finish.

Accolades

★ ★ ★ ★ (4 Stars)

“Winemaker Michael Wood doesn’t just love making powerful reds. His pinot gris’ a joy; white nectarine, ripe pear and apple aromas, just a wee hint of sweetness, clear and uncomplicated flavours.”

Jane Skilton MW, Sunday Star Times, 4 Sept 2011

Total Acidity 5.0g/L, Alcohol 13 %, pH 3.42
Bottling:
June 2011, 215 Dozen
